Bibliographic References

The Bibliographic Reference processing function can restructure most journal and book references that have no significant errors with near-perfect accuracy. Color-coded styles are applied to the reference, and the reference is restructured according to the organization's style requirements. References that are not restructured are visually identified for manual editing. 

Bibliographic References - Tag Only

When processing references, the user may choose to apply color-coded character styles without applying any changes in formatting, punctuation, or spacing by running Bibliographic Reference Processing - Tag Only in the Advanced Processing menu.

After Reference Processing

After reference processing, each component of the reference is identified and color-coded for easy proofing. A typical journal reference looks like this:
