Tables

This Cleanup feature automatically styles all tables in the document that were created with the Word Table Editor with your organizations eXtyles table head, table body, and table footnote paragraph styles.

Note that table footnotes are only auto-styled if they are within a Word table cell; table titles are automatically styled even if they are outside of a table cell.

References

This Cleanup feature automatically styles numbered reference lists, or unnumbered reference lists that follow a heading such as “References,” with the reference paragraph style that is configured for your organization.

Note

Documents that have a Name-Date citation style (i.e. unnumbered references) should have a section head (e.g., “References” or “Bibliography”) so that Cleanup can identify the content correctly.
