Normalize Document includes the option: Style Whole Document with Default Styles.
When checked, Style Whole Document with Default Styles will convert all paragraph styles to the Default Style, which is the Word style “Normal” (some organizations may have a specific override style).
Note
The Style Whole Document with Default Styles option will be grayed out if any of the other options on the Cleanup dialog are checked.
To use this formatting option, click Clear All, then check the box under Normalize Document. Click OK.
