eXtyles Custom

eXtyles can be configured to collect metadata unique to a distinct publication; that is, your organization may publish documents that have metadata requirements distinct from its other publications. To accommodate this, your organization’s configuration of eXtyles may have a two-stage Activation process where you are presented with two different forms for collecting document metadata.

Stage 1

The first dialog will collect Publisher and Publication information; for example,

Select the correct Publisher and Publication information from the drop-down lists, and click OK to access the Stage 2 dialog.

Stage 2

The Stage 2 dialog collects metadata customized for the Publisher and Publication that was selected in the Stage 1 dialog; for example,

Fill out the fields in the Stage 2 document and click OK to Activate the document.
