The Authors (Translated) style is typically used when the names of the authors are given in an alternate character set, such as Cyrillic or Japanese, as well as the Latin alphabet. This page describes how the style is used.
Authors (Translated)
The Authors (Translated) style is used in the same way as the primary-language Authors style. The language is taken from the Secondary Language dropdown on the Document Information dialog. Note that, if the affiliations are also translated, either the same affiliation numbers or distinct numbers can be used for the translated text as were used for the native-language text.
As shown in the sample XML, both native-language and translated author names will be exported into the <name-alternatives> element, with the distinction made via the language attribute in the <name> tag.
More information about the use of the Authors style can be found here.
