The TOC Tab

The TOC Tab of the eXtyles style palette includes paragraph styles that will be used to style content that will generally appear in the Table of Contents and in the back matter Glossary and Index of the book. The TOC Tab is only present for documents Activated as Brepols Books.

BM - Table of Contents TitleUsed to style the title of a back matter table of contents.
BM - TOC Subtitle Level 1Use to style back matter TOC first-order subheadings that do not themselves point to a particular page number.
BM - TOC Level 1Use to style the top level of an item in the back matter table of contents that points to a particular page number in the book.
BM - TOC Subtitle Level 2Use to style back matter TOC second-order subheadings that do not themselves point to a particular page number.
BM - TOC Level 2Use to style the secondary level of an item in the back matter table of contents that points to a particular page number in the book.
BM - TOC Subtitle Level 3Use to style back matter TOC third-order subheadings that do not themselves point to a particular page number.

Glossary TitleUsed to style the title of a Glossary section that appears at the back of the chapter.
Glossary Level 1 w/White LineUsed to style the first-level item of a glossary, adds a white space above the paragraph.

Glossary Level 2Used to style the second-level item (subitem) of a glossary.

Index TitleUsed to style the title of an Index.
Index Descriptive TextUsed to style any descriptive text that appears after the Index Title and before the index entries.
Index Level 1 w/White LineUse to style a first-order index entry, adds a white space above the paragraph.
