Version History

You may need to include Version History information in a document. This information should be added to the start of the document, after the author information. For example,

In this Word sample, the Version Date and Version Description are added immediately after the author affiliation. There can be multiple lines of Version Date and Version Description, but the Version Description (if present) should always immediately follow its Version Date.

When Late-Stage Auto-Redact is run, the month, day (if present), year, and version number in the Version Date line are styled with unique character styles. These character styles will then map to specific markup in the XML that is required for Typefi to correctly set the content.
